Where the Forge Meets the Forest and the Road Never Ends

I'm Kevin — Dueldor — and I've been building things my whole life.

It started young. Eagle Scout at 14, camping trips with my folks, learning that the woods will teach you plenty if you shut up and pay attention. That never left me.

At 19 I enlisted. Four years of military service followed by a decade turning wrenches as a vehicle mechanic — learning how machines work, how they fail, and how to bring them back. From there I moved into carpentry. Construction, cabinetry, finish work. Hands always busy, always building.

Then came the forge. Welding led to blacksmithing, and blacksmithing got into my blood fast. Then my youngest son was taken from me by the careless actions of someone else — and the shop went quiet for a while. A father doesn't just lose a child. He loses a version of himself too. But the anvil waited. The fire waited. And eventually, so did I.

Hammer, Ash & Chrome is what happens when all of it comes together. The forge work. The trail. The road — I got my motorcycle license a year ago and put my first ridable bike in the garage just this March. Four passions, one channel, one creator who's been earning his calluses since before he could drive.

Nothing here comes from a kit. Everything has a history. That's the point.
